SLANT FRET 700C/6 JUMBO IN WINEBURST

Rickenbacker never built any slant fret acoustics to my knowledge, and since this is the only one I built out of my license run of approximately 40 instruments, it's probably the only slant fret Rickenbacker-branded acoustic guitar in existence.

The burst finish on this 700C/6 is unusual for two reasons: color and pattern. The color starts out in the center as a transparent orange/red, and fades into only one additional color, a deep maroon. (Most of our bursts feature at least four colors.) The pattern is a Gibson-reminiscent "teardrop", with the upper bout being almost entirely in the darker shade. The visual effect is of the lighter center having a teardrop configuration.
